12 Year Old Danielle Thompson Of Rockford Is Going To The Motocross Nationals

Classic Hits 98.7 WFGR salutes Danielle Thompson age 12 of Rockford. Danielle Thompson attends North Rockford Middle School and has been riding since she was four years old. She is rated number one in the State of Michigan and now she will participate in the 30^th annual American Motorcyclist Association (AMA) Amateur National Motocross Championships August 1-6. The event is being hosted at Loretta Lynn's Ranch in Hurricane Mills, Tenn. Approximately 25,000 riders from across the country attempted to qualify for the six-day contest, but just 1,386 applicants earned a spot.
