14 Hot Air Balloons to Launch in Greenville

We don't see them as often as we used to but it's always fun seeing a hot air balloon.

It's even more fun when you can see 14 hot air balloons and become of member of the hot air balloon crew!

The Danish Festival in Greenville is preparing to celebrate its 52nd year. The festival will feature a Hot Air Balloon Rally for the tenth time.

This year's Hot Air Balloon Rally will take place Friday, August 18th through Sunday, August 20th.

Balloon launches will be from Klackle Orchards on Friday and Saturday nights at 7PM, and Saturday and Sunday mornings at 7AM.

There will also be a demonstration at Baldwin Elementary on Thursday at 6PM.

Volunteers are welcome to help balloon crews. Those interested in helping should attend the demonstration on Thursday at Baldwin Elementary.
