The Wee Difference organization this month is the “Friends & Family of Cystic Fibrosis”, a group that “is a nonprofit organization composed of volunteers dedicated to raising monies in support of children and adults affected with cystic fibrosis in West Michigan.”
The F&FOCF “is an all volunteer organization dedicated to raising money and awareness for those in our community that suffer with Cystic Fibrosis. Our goal is to bring them a small piece of joy that the disease has taken away. There are several ways we help local families. We bring care packages to the hospital, help pay medical and utility bills, rent and mortgage payments, vitamins, medical equipment, gym memberships and much more. All the money we raise stays here locally to help families right here in W. Michigan.”

January gives us a chance to get rolling on a new year for sure, but it also gives us a chance to help you learn a little something about an organization you have probably heard of, but might not know exactly what they do and why they do it.
