AC/DC drummer Phil Rudd has been arrested in a murder-for-hire plot. According to the BBC, the 60-year-old was busted in New Zealand on charges of attempting to procure a murder, threatening to kill and possession of methamphetamine and cannabis.

Rudd’s New Zealand home was raided early Thursday morning.  He is currently out on bail until his next court date on November 27th.  No other details have been released.

After being kicked out of AC/DC in 1983, Rudd returned to the band in 1994 and has been with them ever since. Interestingly, he was absent from the band’s recent publicity photo and was not on hand for their video shoot last month for “Play Ball.”
