ArtPrize 2012 Spotlight – Final Weekend Highlights

This weekend is our last chance to enjoy ArtPrize 2012.

The winners, from the jury and the people's vote, will be popular destinations.  But there are many other options and ways to experience ArtPrize 2012 one last time.

Take a look at some of the highlights of the final weekend of ArtPrize 2012.

FRIDAY

SiTE:LAB Closing Party for ArtPrize.  SiTE:LAB will be projecting the ArtPrize Awards at 7:30pm.  The awards broadcast will be followed by music from a DJ.  The Closing Party runs until 11:59pm.  The venue will also be open on Saturday and Sunday.

ArtPrize Awards, 7:30pm - 10:00pm at The Loading Dock of the former Grand Rapids Press Building.  Tickets are $15 at The HUB.  Cash bar.

SATURDAY

The A-B-See's of Looking at Art.  Kendall College hosts this free event from 12:45pm - 1:45pm and again from 3:30pm - 4:30pm at the Kendall Historic Federal Building, Room 114.  Educational family event that teaches how to look at art.  Limited to the first 30 people.  Program also runs on Friday.

Annual ArtPrize HUB Floor Sample Sale, 10am - Noon.  Herman Miller work chairs and more available.  Cash only.

SUNDAY

Final day of ArtPrize.  Officially closes at 6:00pm.
