Jojo Girard

A Saginaw native, Girard formerly did mornings in San Diego; was morning host on WSNX, Sunny 104, from 1988 to 1994; and spent 18 years in mornings at Mix 106.5 in Baltimore. Most recently, he was program director in Columbia, Md., for Howard Community College’s online radio station The Dragon. He is a Central Michigan University graduate.

Another Current Pop Song Admits To ‘Borrowing’ From ’70s R&B Hit [Video]

Once again, a current huge pop hit has a problem with its source.

Mick Ronson, the writer for the Bruno Mars collaboration 'Uptown Funk' said he will add five writers to the song writing credits after it became clear the song borrowed a hook from an '70s R&B hit.
