I am thrilled to be at 100.5 The River! You can hear me every weekday, from 10:00am – 3:00pm. I have lived in West Michigan my entire life and am a graduate of both West Catholic High School and Grand Valley State University. I love all of the amazing people and festivals that West Michigan has to offer! I'm also a big fan of the Tigers, Lions, and University of Michigan football and basketball. Before joining 100.5 The River, I spent time working at radio stations in Kalamazoo, Big Rapids and Grand Rapids. I have been married for over 10 years. My wife and I have three children: a 8-year-old girl, a 7-year-old boy, and a 4-year-old boy. You'll hear them on air with me from time to time. When I’m not working, I spend much of my time racing/crashing Matchbox cars. I’m always talking about what’s going on in and around Grand Rapids, from ArtPrize to all of our other fun family events. Changes Coming to CityVū Bistro at CityFlatsHotel in Holland

In January, Chuck Reid, owner of the CityFlatsHotel brand, announced that CityVū Bistro, the popular restaurant located atop CityFlatsHotel – Holland, would be re-branded as an events and conference space this spring.

CitySēn Lounge on the main floor of the hotel will also be updated to a new fast-casual restaurant environment.

Doctors in Flint Offered Another Way to Test Kids for Lead

The Michigan State and Genesee County Health Departments are asking pediatricians to test all children up to age 6 who consumed Flint city water after April 2014. In collaboration with the county health department, Magellan Diagnostics has announced it is loaning its LeadCare II systems to practices in Flint to expand access to testing.
