On April 8th Former First Lady, Betty Ford, would have celebrated her 100th birthday so a special exhibit will open in her honor, in Grand Rapids.

The Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum will debut “In Step with Betty Ford: A Celebration of Her Centennial” on Tuesday, April 10th. The museum posted on Facebook that they will be marking the occasion with a ribbon cutting starting at 5 p.m. The event is FREE and open to the public. MLive says Ford's daughter will be doing the cutting and Lyndon B. Johnson's daughter is also supposed to be in attendance.

The new exhibit will feature more than 150 artifacts and documents that related to Betty Ford's life and the work she did. It'll remain open through January 6, 2019.
