Jeffrey Willis, the man charged with the murder of Rebekah Bletsch, has been found guilty of first degree murder by a jury in Muskegon County.

Following ten days of testimony from several witnesses, police officers, detectives, and experts in DNA and forensics, the jury deliberate for less than two hours before reaching the verdict.

Willis is still facing charges in connection with the attempted abduction of a teenage girl in 2014, and with the disappearance and murder of Jessica Heeringa in 2013.

This is a developing story and we will update as we learn more throughout the evening.
