It looks like Geoff Pedersen, Craig Ferguson‘s skeletal, robotic sidekick, has recently gotten an upgrade. In the past, Geoff worked only sporadically and even had difficulty repeating pre-recorded phrases. But now, the late-night robot has become a wisecracking automaton who drops jokes on the fly.
On Wednesday night’s episode of ‘The Late Late Show,’ Geoff did a spot-on impression of guest Regis Philbin that the daytime host didn’t find amusing. “I thought he was having like an epileptic fit over here,” Philbin said. “I don’t talk like that at all! You’ve got to get rid of him!”

August 16, 2011 Our long national nightmare is OVER...TLC's "Kate Plus 8" has been cancelled. I really haven't been happier about a show being taken off the air since they axed "The Paula Poundstone Show". Sorry, just am not a fan. They could also lose "Louie" too. A terrible tragedy at the Indiana State Fair left 5 people dead and at least 45 people injured, as a storm front was moving in. The Indiana State Police called the fair organizers and reported strong winds causing a “pause” in the concert after Sara Barilles left the stage and before the country act Sugarland was set to perform.
