Michigan State Police have distributed talking urinal cakes to about 400 eating and drinking establishments in Wayne, Bay, Delta and Ottawa counties. Today is the 20th anniversary of Johnny Carson's last "Tonight Show" Three days later, it became "Jay Leno's" Tonight show. And with the exception of about 10 months NBC has quietly forgotten about (Remember Conan O Brien?
