Melissa Gilbert, who came to fame starring as Laura on the long running '70s TV series 'Little House On The Prairie', has dropped out of the race for the 8th District Congressional seat from Michigan. She cited health concerns as the main reason.

The contentious NBA Western Conference Final Playoff Series got a little more heated Sunday when Oklahoma City thrashed defending champion Golden State, 133-105. At the center of controversy following the game was former Michigan State great and Saginaw native Draymond Green of Golden State, who may or may not have intentionally kicked OKC forward Steven Adams in the little thunders.

Part one of the "Dancing With the Stars" finale doesn't air until tonight, but local favorite Ginger Zee will have an uphill battle to the title. The Good Morning America meteorologist and Rockford native is one of the final three contestants, but she'll be competing with a serious injury.

Ann Arbor's Laith Al-Saadi continues to be the most unlikely favorite on NBC's The Voice.  The Blues guitarist doesn't look the the typical contestant on the show, but his deep voice and impressive guitar playing skills have moved him to the short list of favorites.

Tonight, FOX will rerun a New Girl episode from 2013 that included an appearance by Prince. When the script involved the show's characters attending a party at Prince's LA home, the Purple One submitted his personal party playlist to use. Here it is.

Laith Al-Saadi doesn't look like any of his fellow competitors on the NBC singing competiton 'The Voice'. He's older, balding and a little paunchy, kind of like a modern day Ben Franklin. And he sings songs from the '60s and '70s. But man, the dude can sing. Watch him blow the judges away Tuesday with his take on 'With A Little Help From My Friends'.

Ken Howard, best known as the star of The White Shadow, died Wednesday. He was 71. A cause of death wasn't immediately announced. Ken, who was the current national president of SAG-AFTRA, also had roles in 30 Rock, the HBO movie Grey Gardens (for which he won an Emmy), Dynasty and, most recently, The Wedding Ringer and Joy. But for me, he'll always be The White Shadow.
