Consumer Energy Donating Free Light Bulbs to People in Need

 

Consumers Energy is helping families across Michigan to save energy and money this year by donating 85,000 energy-efficient light bulbs through food banks.

This month, Feeding America West Michigan Food Bank is giving out about 40,000 Energy Star-qualified compact fluorescent light bulbs (CFLs) through its network of food pantries. Families receive a package of two CFLs, along with information on the bulbs' benefits and other energy-saving tips.

A man named Todd Keith was featured on a reality crime show that featured dash cam footage from police cruisers. The only problem was, when they showed a photo of the culprit on screen following the footage, it wasn't Todd Keith, instead it was a photo of a Wyoming man named Keith Todd, who was nowhere near the scene of the crime.
