Chick-fil-A has slowly started making their way into Michigan, and they're eyeing a second location in Grand Rapids.

The Atlanta-based fast food chain want to build a new restaurant on the land formerly occupied by Fajita Republic on the East Beltline, just north of Knapp's Corner.

The location has not been secured yet, and whether or not it will be hinges on zoning approval from the city of Grand Rapids for a drive-through.

MiBiz reports that they will tear down the existing structure on the property, and build a 4,800 square foot restaurant.

Chick-fil-A operates more than 2,000 restaurants across the country, but just recently started moving into Michigan. They plan to build 15-20 restaurants in the Mitten State when all is said and done.
