Skidders Footwear is recalling about 5,500 of their children's tennis shoe that's sold only at Meijer stores.

According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, the rivets on the inside of the shoe have sharp edges which could cause a laceration hazard. So far, there have been three reports of scratches but no injuries.

The shoes were sold in three different sizes: 12M,18M and 24M and they come in three different colors: navy blue, grey, and denim (as pictured above).

Meijer was selling the shoes between June 2016 and October 2016 for about $10.

If you bought the shoes for your child, Skidders Footwear is advising people to take away the shoes from children and contact the company for a full refund. You can get more info on their website here.
