Seriously, you have to wonder how the dog figured this one out.

Rani is a golden retriever who has caught dozens of fish as well as some turtles. Watch her snatch a big bluegill out of the water.
She puts the bread right under her mouth for bait.

Obviously, she has a little help with lure of bread in the water. But to know to 1) not eat that bread (most of my dogs wouldn't have made it that far), 2) to stay perfectly still (none of my dogs would have mastered that one) and 3) to keep the bread in front of her mouth as to catch the fish.

Either Rani's owner is a dog fishing whisperer or Rani is one smart pooch (I don't think that point is debatable actually).
