Craig’s ArtPrize 2014 Top 10!

The official ArtPrize 2014 public vote top 20 were announced today.

That's great and all. I hope all the contestants well and that they win lots of money.

I have now picked MY Top 10.

For the fifth year, my kids and I journeyed to downtown Grand Rapids to take in the World's Largest Art Competition.

The kids started out like usual, excited. And by the end were ready to go.

Although I think this is a turning point year for my daughter. She is way more interested in art now. She said it was "too short" for the art we saw this time.

Here are some of my faves from Saturday at ArtPrize. We were limited in our viewing due to the rain. So most of these are from the Grand Rapids Art Museum and The B.O.B. parking lot.
