Everyday we encounter people who are courteous, happy and seem to be enjoying their jobs. They may be bus drivers, janitors, or shop clerks. Their positive attitude and helpful demeanor make our lives better. But do you know their names?

This is a video put out by Coke. Sure, it's to sell pop, but the looks on the faces of the people who are recognized by their own names makes it worth a look. 

I'm a rare breed. Stupid commercials like this can make me cry, but if your only take away from this video is to learn the names of those who serve us on a daily basis and call them by that name to make them feel a little brighter, it's certainly worth it.
