YAY!! Some good news for Baron the dog.

If you remember, back in January a rottweiler was found in Detroit with his nose and ears intentionally cut off by someone. His tail and legs were also lacerated. The Michigan Humane Society took him in, cared for him and brought him back to health.

Happy to say that Baron is doing tremendous and has found his forever home! The Humane Society posted the good news on their Facebook page on Wednesday.

Because of people's generosity from not only the state of Michigan, but from around the country, the humane society was offering a $35,000 reward to anyone who had information regarding who was responsible for Baron's injuries. However, that is still unknown. According to The Detroit News, that reward has now jumped to $40,000!

On the bright side, we are so happy to hear that Baron is happy, healthy and alive and ready to be in a home environment with people who will love and take care of him.
