They say the first day back from Christmas break is the saddest day of the year, so what better way to cheer yourself up than this video of the beauty of Michigan's changing seasons.

A study by the Upbeat Barometer reveals that the first Monday after New Year's is the saddest day on the calendar. The happiest days of the year are Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, followed by New Year's Day, Valentine's Day and the first warm weekend of the year. Complaints about the weather will be six times higher than usual on Twitter today

And when you think about it, they're right. The day's are still short, the weather slowly slides into frigid and you don't feel like working after the Holiday break.
