Additional Information

On April 13, the Holland and 5 area Grand Rapids Buffalo Wild Wings® restaurants will team up with the Grand Rapids and Holland communities for its 2016 Community Day, an annual celebration that raises funds for local kids as part of the Buffalo Wild Wings Team Up for Kids® mission. Ten percent of total restaurant sales and 100 percent of Guest donations on April 13 will be donated to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Grand Rapids Youth Commonwealth-Seidman Center, Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Holland – North Side Unit and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Grand Rapids Youth Commonwealth-Steil Center to support the organization’s youth programs.

“Through Community Day, we can support local Clubs in hundreds of communities where we do business.  Our goal is to bring youth sports into the lives of every child who wants to play,” said Emily Decker, Senior Vice President, General Counsel at Buffalo Wild Wings. “From the many creative ways that our local restaurants celebrated Community Day last year, to the critical funds that were raised to sustain and build on our efforts to support Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) through our partnership, we are excited to bring our restaurants and Guests together for a renewed effort this April.”

Now in its fourth year, Buffalo Wild Wings’ Team Up for Kids mission and partnership with BGCA supports youth sports through ALL STARS grants for flag or tackle football, basketball, and cheer teams at Boys & Girls Clubs across the country.

Together with its Guests, Buffalo Wild Wings helped 60,000 kids play team sports in 2015 - donating more than $2.8 million through a variety of promotions including donations from the restaurant’s signature sauce and seasoning bottle sales, as well as numerous in-restaurant fundraising activities.

Buffalo Wild Wings has committed a $2 million minimum guaranteed donation to BGCA each year from 2016 – 2020. With the success of its fundraising efforts to date, Buffalo WiId Wings will donate over $10 million by 2020.   For more information, visit www.buffalowildwings.com/giving.
