"Fashion Has Heart" helps wounded veterans by giving them an outlet to create and express themselves through fashion design.

The initiative brings veterans together with fashion designers in Grand Rapids in May to collaborate on projects.

Co-founder Michael Hyacinthe joined Jojo this morning to talk about the initiative and how you can help.

Fashion Has Heart came to be during Grand Rapids' ArtPrize competition, and it helped one Army colonel, Hyacinthe said.

Here's the video about Hyacinthe and Col. Champion, who is referred to in the interview.
