Get your a.m. craft beer fix with beer jelly. That's right; you can now spread craft beer on your breakfast toast!

Vermont-based Potlicker Kitchen use spices, fruit, and local craft beer to create a delicious, spreadable and alcoholic jelly!

But don't worry, you're not going to get buzzed in the morning! Due to repeated boiling in the jelly process each jelly contain less than .5% alcohol.

Potlicker owner Nancy Warner said she had developed a "serious canning addiction" and after she had canned all the fruit in her house, she turned to beer!

While traditional jelly recipes call for a bit of fruit juice, Nancy simply uses craft beer in its place! (She also makes wine jelly!)

Beer jelly flavors include an oatmeal stout, Hefeweizen and bitter IPA- all created using local Vermont brews like Long Trail Brewing Co., Otter Creek Brewing Co., and Magic Hat Brewing Co.

Founded in 2011, the Potlicker brand is now found in over 100 stores across 18 states.

You can find creative beer jelly recipes and order your own jellies at the Potlicker blog.
