West Michigan has some of the best food so it's no surprise a local restaurant is getting national love.

The Toasted Pickle, in Grand Haven, will be featured on the show Seaside Snacks and Shacks which appears on the Cooking Channel. The restaurant posted on their Facebook page that their chef shared recipes and "secrets" from some of the menu favorites to Sabin Lomac, the host of the show.

If you've never been to the Toasted Pickle they obviously sell more than pickles. They're known for their sandwiches which are all made with local ingredients, such as the Nashville Hottie which will be one of the items featured on the upcoming episode.

Seaside Snacks and Shacks will air at 10 p.m. Thursday, 8/9.
