Grand Rapids Just Waterlogged…Tornados Down South Remind Us Of What’s Really Important.

It's not the Royal Wedding. It's not the Red Wings or Whitecaps losing streak. It's not a concert or show. And it's NOT a birth certificate or a blowhard businessman-turned-politician.

What's REALLY important are our loved ones and with devastation and tragedy in Alabama and the south, It's a reminder that most of the things in our life are just that-things. But PEOPLE are the things we should cherish.

From my Facebook friend Dave..."With all the death and destruction down south last night from tornados - kinda makes a lot of things we think of as important, a lot more trivial. My heart goes out to all the families who lost loved ones...the death toll is at 178 and counting this morning :( "
