This kid is pretty bright. Actually, looks like he put some time into this video as well.

As it turned out, this vote was one of the closest in history in Grand Rapids. It came down to less than 200 votes dividing the pass or fail, which it did end up passing. Just thought it was cool the kid took the time to put this video together about something he felt passionate about.
