To celebrate America's birthday, web service Spotify dug into their data pool to put together an impressive map showing what patriotic song is MOST listened to in every state on the fourth of July.

Why? Why not? It’s the fourth of July. Screw you if you don’t love freedom -- because God Bless America and no place else.

Michigan checked in with Lee Greenwood's version of "The Star Spangled Banner".  While I have no beef with Lee or F. Scott Key, there are SO many better American songs.

Here's a sampling of songs we could have listened to instead of Mr. Greenwood.

Here’s a rundown of some of the selections across our great country:

Florida: “America F*** Yeah” (Team America Tribute)
Texas: “Fourth of July” Lee Greenwood
Washington: “R.O.C.K. in the U.S.A.” John Mellencamp
Alaska: “America” Macklemore
Hawaii: “Surfin’ USA” Beach Boys
Maine: “Party in the USA” Miley Cryus
New Jersey: “Born in the USA” Bruce Springsteen

What song gets you geeked up about America every time you hear it? Is there one song in particular that always gets you in the “feels”?
