It’s Official: I’m a “Brewsader”!

The definition of Brewsader: (n) An advocate, enthusiast and imbiber of great beer, on a neverending quest for the perfect brew.

Yep, that about sums me up all right!

How did I become a “Brewsader” you ask… It was actually quite easy and enjoyable at the same time.

First, you have to get yourself a Beer City Brewsader Passport. A passport is available at many Grand Rapids area breweries. You can also pick one up at the GO Site at the Grand Rapids Art Museum.

Once you have secured your passport -- the fun begins! Now it is your job to get stamps at a minimum of 8 of the 23 breweries listed in the book. Every time you visit a new brewery, be sure to have them stamp your passport. Once you have received at least 8 stamps, you will be an official “Brewsader” (like me!) and you have earned a very cool Brewsader t-shirt to commemorate your accomplishment!
