Now you remember Phil. Well it's his birthday today. I know because we are friends on Facebook. And it's kind of appropriate since AT&T and Directv are now going to merge, and form the second biggest pay TV company in the country. So you never know, you might be seeing more of Phil Shifley very soon. This time at a different kind of funeral.
