If you’re wondering why Michigan Wolverines head coach Jim Harbaugh looks so good in those khakis for a guy his age, he just divulged his secret.

No, not the kind that you think. And before you start bad mouthing the guy maybe you’d better allow him to explain. See those are his words not ours or a physician because—in a recent radio interview yesterday—Harbaugh was discussing his daily vitamin and “steroid regimen.”

“I take a vitamin every day,” Harbaugh said. “It’s called a steak.”

Then later in in the program, Harbaugh was asked by a caller how to go about getting his son to be in a position to one day be a 6-foot-5 quarterback—and that is when Harbaugh admitted to his “steroid” use.

“I truly believe the number one natural steroid is sleep, and the number two natural steroid is milk – whole milk,” he explained. “Three would be water. Four would be steak…it goes with everything.”

Wow—with all those steroids it’s no wonder that Harbaugh is “high” on life.
