Sad news today, as one of the people that helped us grow up disturbed and a little off has died.

Actor, writer, director and producer Harold Ramis of "Ghostbusters" fame died today.

There are some many things this guy did to screw us up mentally (in a good way), but I'm going to mention a few that I really like and think you should check out.  In case you might have missed them.

The biggies, like "Ghostbusters" and "Caddyshack" are givens.

I'm going to assume you saw those. If they appear not in order, it's because of math.

    'Multiplicity'

    Director

    "She touched my peppie, Steve."

What more do I even need to say?  This is an overlooked gem, starring Michael Keaton and the hot Andie MacDowell where Keaton clones himself...and they make a clone of a clone...it gets silly.

    'The Ice Harvest'

    Director

Holy s***, what a strange movie!  John Cusack and Billy Bob Thornton, where a shady lawyer attempts a crime on Christmas Eve to swindle the mafia, but his strip-club owning partner has different ideas for the money.  Check this one out for the darkness.

    'Groundhog Day'

    Director

You've probably seen this one, but it's something entertaining, since you get to see Bill Murray in total a*****e form, and Mr. Nice Guy, too!  And, as always, Andie MacDowell is nice to look at.  Chris Elliott is much more calm in this one as the camera guy that gets very little screen time.

    'Club Paradise'

    Director

This is an odd movie, starring Robin Williams, Peter O'Toole and Rick Moranis...I know, that's a bizarre combination...you almost have to watch this movie to even know what to say about it!

    'Bedazzled'

    Writer

Brendan Fraser was on a huge run for a while, and while this might not be the biggest in the string, it had the gorgeous Elizabeth Hurley in it, so that alone is a good reason to check it out.  Oh, and it's funny, too.
