Jon Bon Jovi is one of the more mild mannered rock stars. He rarely gets in trouble, has been married 25 years, and raised a family without issue. Until now.

It seems Jon's son, Jesse Bongiovi, has been dragged into the spotlight following a law suit filed at his private school in Brooklyn. The suit has been filed by a woman named Laura Della Pietra who claims she was 'bullied' following her revelation of misdeeds associated with a school trip to Cuba back in 2012.

Jesse, who's currently a college student and football player at Notre Dame University, was on the trip the Poly Prep wrestling team made to the Caribbean country. The trip was made under the guise that the school was opening an exchange program with students in Cuba. It turns out the organizer of the trip, sensing a thaw was about to come in US/Cuban relations, was actually scouting out investment opportunities, which was against not only school rules, but Federal law at the time.

Photos posted on Instagram in the wake of the revelations showed Jesse and his crew enjoying cigars, alcohol and even hookers while on the 'exchange' trip.

For what it's worth, Poly Prep says Pietra is a 'disgruntled employee' and her claims are 'without merit.'
