A Swiss newspaper reports that judges at one of the country's highest courts held a midmorning cocktail event to determine whether a companies alcoholic drink were sweet enough to be taxed a certain way!

They tested a company's five drinks twice - with and without ice!  On the Rocks Please!

The court confirmed Wednesday that the judges' verdict was that the drinks were sweet enough to be taxed!   Another Round anyone?
