On Wednesday, jurors in the Dzkokhar Tsarnaev trial were shown surveillance video of the convicted Boston Marathon bomber flipping off a security camera in the courthouse.

In the video, Tsarnaev is shows first throwing up two fingers in a sort of "peace sign" gesture, and then brandishing his middle finger.

Tsarnaev’s lawyers argued that the “V” sign was a “goofy” gesture he and his friends often did for photos. The couldn't really spin the middle finger gesture, however, because we all know what that means.

The video is a little unsettling in and of itself, as is seems to show Tsarnaev primping and acting like pretty much every douchebag in a holding cell ever, even though he was part of the Boston Marathon bombing along with his older brother who was killed by police in the days following the bombing.

The video did, however, lead to one of the best courtroom sketches of all time.

Now that he's been convicted the jury must decide Tsarnaev's fate. With his conviction he can either be sentenced to life in prison or the death penalty.
