Earlier this week, after the Cleveland Cavaliers beat the Boston Celtics – in Boston – LeBron James sought a certain fan out. And what happened next will make your eyes get a little misty.

A Boston-area high school student named Aaron Miller was recognized during the game as the MVP of the Special Olympics.

LeBron greeted Aaron during the game. And then, after the game, LeBron gave the teen the shoes from his own feet.

Apparently LeBron saw Aaron's story played on the Jumbotron screen during the game. He also noticed that Aaron was wearing a pair of Nike Zoom Soldier 8 Flyease – shoes designed by LeBron specifically for people with disabilities.

So, the impact LeBron James had on this guy was two-fold, helping him every day with the shoes he designed – and boosting his spirits with a gift on this very special occasion.
