Stephen Tulloch learned a lesson from karma the hard way. After sacking the Packers' Aaron Rodgers Sunday, Tulloch decided to mock Rodgers by imitating his well-known "discount double check" move from the popular TV commercial.

Well, it din't end well for Tulloch. So kids, remember, plant your feet before taunting someone. Or better yet, don't taunt at all.

Four years ago, Arizona Cardinals kicker Bill Gramatica blew out his knee jumping around and celebrating a game-winning field goal against the New York Giants.

That was sad… AND funny at the same time.

Well, yesterday afternoon, the same thing happened again -- this time to Detroit Lions linebacker Stephen Tulloch, who injured himself celebrating a tackle of quarterback Aaron Rodgers.

Tulloch attempted to dance and taunt Rodgers with a discount-double-check move, but ended up tweaking his knee and crumpling to the turf when he couldn’t stick the landing. Ouch.

It could be as bad as a torn ACL.

The takeaway? If you’re going to taunt your opponent, don’t blow out your knee and ruin your season. Karma’s a bitch, ain’t it?
