Here's one of those "I should take my own advice" deals. I never eat breakfast. I might take a gulp of juice or chocolate milk in the morning. Or like today I had a chocolate chip cookie. Yeah, I know, but I'm an adult and you aren't my mom!

Have to be honest, I have had wheat toast with peanut butter off this list, but that's it. And there's a really good chance it's the ONLY one I will ever have. Low fat yogurt with flaxseeds...yeah, right! Give me a couple McMuffins and and Hash Brown and I'm good!
