A man who fired a pistol in his apartment before running around the complex naked was under the influence of synthetic marijuana -  Totally Stoned - but shouldn't be. Nice one Spicoli!

The 23-year-old man  had been smoking the synthetic marijuana Sunday night before firing a handgun in his apartment and running around Apartment complex naked!

No one was injured..  but his guy is a complete idiot!
