A lot of states have weird laws, and New Hampshire, it turns out, is no exception.

Currently, bottles of Breakfast Stout by Founders Brewery Co. in Grand Rapids is illegal to be sold in the state of New Hampshire.

But legislation proposed this year would permit brewers sell their beers in the state even if the label shows images of minors.

State Rep. Keith Murphy of Bedford, N.H., is sponsoring a measure that would allow images of kids on alcoholic beverage packaging as long as the state's Liquor Commission rules that the depiciton isn't meant to entice minors to drink.

The law currently on the books in New Hampshire says that advertising of liquor or beverages can not contain "any reference" to minors.
