Now That ArtPize Is Over, Here Are Some Things You Might Have Missed.
October 9, 2012 10:01 AM Yes, Artprize is over. The last of the installments in the B.O.B. parking lot have been taken down. Sure the Gerald Ford graffiti picture actually ON the B.O.B. will still be there long after the competition has ended, but Downtown Grand Rapids has gotten back to normal. So if you have been wrapped up in the World’s Largest Art competition, here’s something you might have missed in the past three weeks.
There’s an election coming up.
The Tigers are in the playoffs.
The Lions on the other hand…
There’s a new Tim Hortons ready to open West of Downtown on Fulton
If you go into most stores right now, it’s hard to tell if it’s Halloween or Christmas.
GVSU lost it’s first game of the season this past week.
The Red Wings, however, haven’t PLAYED a game yet. (The Griffins play THEIR first game Friday though!)
