NYC Terror–10 Shot, 3 Dead Including Gunman

Details are sketchy but major news outlets are reporting a shooting attack outside the Empire State Building in New York City. The shooting occurred at Fifth Avenue and West 34th Street around 9 a.m. ET, New York City's ABC 7 reported.

The New York Post reported that the incident was the result of a co-worker dispute, and that seven people were wounded, and three people—the shooter, his coworker and a bystander—have died. The Associated Press and others reported that police shot and killed the gunman near the tourist entrance of the Empire State Building.
