They may be a little older than today's pop stars, but nobody can say veteran rockers aren't still bringing in the bucks. In fact, artists like The Eagles, Bon Jovi,  Bruce Springsteen and Paul McCartney all landed in the Top Ten on Forbes' list of the Highest Paid Musicians of 2014.

Landing highest on the list were The Eagles, who were at number three with earnings of $100 million, followed by Bon Jovi, who earned $82 mil and fellow New Jersey rocker Bruce Springsteen, who made $81 mil.  Paul McCartney landed at number eight, raking in about $71 million.

Meanwhile, as for number one, that honor went to rapper/producer Dr. Dre, thanks to the $620 million he made selling Beats by Dre to Apple. In fact, his deal was so great that he eclipsed number two, Beyoncé, by the widest margin in history, almost half a billion dollars. Bey, thanks to her world tour, surprise album, and various endorsement deals, took in $115 mil last year, for the runner up position.
