2015 has been the year of the wacky college football play, from Michigan's botched punt, to Miami's eight lateral kickoff return, to Georgia Tech's blocked field goal to beat Florida State.

Still, those all had essentially been done before to one degree or another, I will guarantee you've never seen anything like this extra point from a Division III college game in Minnesota.

St. Thomas was playing at home against Carleton College, and had just scored a touchdown when they lined up to kick the extra point. But instead, the holder for the kick takes off to the right, looking like he's going to flip it to the kicker to run in for two points, but instead, he blindly flips the ball behind his back to a receiver who somehow comes down with it. Weird. And original.
