Play Tetris on Your T-Shirt [Video]

I can already hear the Tetris theme song in my head…

This year marks the 30th anniversary of the game Tetris. To commemorate the occasion developer Mark Kerger created a t-shirt that contains a playable version of the game.

What?

Yeah, that’s right. You can actually play Tetris on your shirt!

What makes it all possible is an Arduino Uno microcontroller, 128 LEDs and two AA batteries all located inside of a t-shirt.

The only drawback is that the shirt isn’t equipped to play the iconic Tetris theme song. Bummer.

Well, another drawback might be people always running up to you and touching your shirt, but with a shirt that unique you’re kind of asking for it!

Tetris is one of my go-to arcade games. I don’t like playing any of the Pac-Man games because I get all anxious trying not to get eaten by a ghost. It’s stressful!

However, I do enjoy the challenge of finding that perfect spot for your Tetris block!
