Police Release Sketch of a Man Wanted For Rape in Grand Rapids

GRPD are asking for help finding a man wanted for rape in Grand Rapids. They have issued a sketch of the suspect.

The incident happened near Denny's on Plainfield Avenue on July 7 between 1:00 and 2:00a.m., Fox 17 reports. 

According to a release, police believe the man in the sketch is named Matt. He is white, 35 to 40 years old, 5' 10" to 6 feet tall, 200-250 pounds. The suspect has brown hair and blue eyes and plays on a local softball league. He was seen at Logan's Alley on Michigan Street NE before the incident.

His car is described as a sporty silver vehicle, possibly a newer Ford Mustang.
