In Port Huron they do an event called the Float Down every summer, where thousands of people float down the St. Clair River on inner tubes.

It happened this past Sunday, only they had bad weather, and hundreds of people ended up landing in Canada . . . so many that the Canadians set up a refugee camp to process them. In the end -- blame it on the cheese balls.

For most of the floaters, the event was an aepic day on the water, like depicted in this video.

But for others, the drinking and the high winds led to a more interesting experience, as this guy's friend explains, it was the cheese balls. Cheese balls?
