Prince has a lot of assets that are currently being evaluated by the executors of his estate. While the late musician accumulated plenty of cash and stocks, he also was business-minded when it came to real estate.

TMZ reports that the Purple One’s former Toronto home is reportedly up for sale for a whopping $13 million. The 14,500 square foot abode, which he lived in from 2001 to 2006, boast purple carpets, a pool, and the singer’s famous glyph symbol on glass doors. Apparently, Prince and his ex-wife, Manuela Testolini, lived in the mansion during their marriage.

The broker originally listed the home at $9.5 million two years ago and removed it from the marketplace after Prince’s death in 2016. Of course, the value of the house has now gone up in the wake of the late guitarist’s death.

This isn't the only lavish home that Prince acquired while he was alive. The Purple Rain creator has a private island home in Turks and Caicos. The fortress, which is located on the island of Providenciales in Turks and Caicos, is on the market for $12 million.

The property, which Prince purchased in 2010, boasts 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, a 200-foot boat dock, a tennis court and a private white sand beach. Not to mention, picturesque views of the Atlantic Ocean and tropical forests.

In addition, Prince has real estate properties in Minnesota that are worth $25,431,900.
