Ahh, the ol' school-closing messages.

They just aren't the same with an e-mail, text or scroll across the bottom of the TV screen on the morning news.

But they are as common as snowflakes this winter.

An elementary school in Burlington, Ky., went classic hits-style to make its announcement, one which pretty much every kid wanted to hear, I'm sure; and now parents do, too, and not just the ones in Boone County Schools.

Stephens Elementary School's principal rocked the message with a little Queen, "Bohemian Rhapsody."

Let's see. Hmm. How's those lyrics go again exactly?

Oh, yes.

"Is this the real life?
Is this just fantasy?
Caught in a landslide,
No escape from reality.

Open your eyes,
Look up to the skies and see,
I'm just a poor boy, I need no sympathy,
Because I'm easy come, easy go,
Little high, little low,
Anyway the wind blows doesn't really matter to me, to me."
