Remember What to Be Truly Thankful For This Year
November 19, 2012 10:15 AM I’d like to introduce you to Amelia Hasper. Amelia was a little “over eager” to make her debut to the world and has been in the NICU at Helen Devos Children’s Hospital since she was born. Her parents are hoping long about New Years she will be able to go home and begin her life with them.
I have been following her story on Facebook for a while and sharing a picture or two as they come along, but thought since this is the week we are supposed to give thanks for all we have. I know too, there are some out there who have a hard time finding things out there to be thankful for. The daily minutia of jobs, kids, bills, parents, neighbors etc..sometimes we forget that miracles are all around us. Well, they are, and little Amelia here is one of them.
