    There are only five home games left in the regular season for the West Michigan Whitecaps. This weekend the Whitecaps take on the Fort Wayne TinCaps. Saturday will be Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Night. There will also be Family Fare Fireworks after the game on Saturday. Sunday is Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital Family Sunday. The first 1,000 kids eat free. Sunday also includes a special appearance by Jet Propulsion. There will also be  Family Fare Fireworks immediately following the game on Sunday as well.  Monday you can get half off a box or reserved seat when you show a worship or community bulletin. Also on Monday, $1 Brats.

    Walk the Mackinac Bridge

    Mackinac Bridge (starts in St. Ignace)

    Monday, September 4th, 2017 - 7:00 am-10:00 am

    PRICE: Free

    You have to make a drive for this one, but it’s worth it! There is only one day a year when you can walk across the Mackinac Bridge. It’s a five mile walk! There is no fee or registration to participate in the walk, but all participants will have to take the bus transportation that is set up for the event.  Bus transportation from Mackinaw City to St. Ignace is available at $5 per person (infants are free). The walk begins at 7:00 am. No one will be permitted to start after 10:00 am.

    Free admission all day to the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum. There will be live entertainment, fun things for the kids, food vendors, a beer tent, local arts and crafters, labor exhibits and an “American Made" Car & Motorcycle Show & Shine.
